Senior Media Buyer (Programmatic) Offline

To further our growth and uphold our standards of excellence, we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer (Programmatic)  to join our dynamic team.

Key skills:

• Experience working as a media buyer for at least 2 years;
• Experience in traffic acquisition using CPM, CPA and CPC models;
• Experience working with ad networks and purchasing from publishers;
• Experience with direct media buying campaigns from main websites;
• Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and scaling traffic sources;
• Experience conducting A/B testing;
• Experience working with large volumes of traffic and the ability to handle large datasets;
• Understanding of key metrics such as conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, etc.;
• Proficiency in English, preferably at an Intermediate (B1) level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media advertising purchasing, automated buying, including Programmatic;
• Creation, launch, A/B testing, optimization of campaigns, accounting, and planning;
• Monitoring and analyzing new traffic sources, competitive environment, and target audience;
• Solving issues with tracking, creatives, and campaign targeting parameters;
• Testing new traffic formats;
• Building long-term partnerships with key partners;
• Technical integration with partners (setting up links, postbacks);
• Coordination with the design department and setting up technical requirements;
• Developing media strategies with the team and calculating sales funnel KPIs;
• Controlling KPI achievement.
