People Partner (Warsaw)

Our client is a large iGaming product company is looking for a People Partner with experience in the IT or iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with a remote team of employees.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, adaptation, 1-on-1 meetings, exit interviews, etc.).
  • Develop strategies with the HRD and implement them into daily processes.
  • Integrate and maintain employee data in the CRM system (PeopleForce).
  • Hold personal and motivational conversations, resolve conflicts, and support team members when needed.
  • Participate in creating and implementing company policies.
  • Help design and analyze surveys, and contribute to building evaluation systems (e.g., 180°, 360° assessments) and ongoing analytics.

     

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role (HR Manager, People Partner, HR Generalist) in IT/Digital companies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with HR processes: from onboarding to offboarding, performance evaluations, and 1-on-1 meetings.
  • Ability to conduct interviews (1-on-1), evaluations, surveys, and other formats to gather feedback and share insights.
  • Experience in creating individual development plans (6-12 months) and adjusting them as needed.
  • Proven experience in fostering corporate culture and implementing new HR solutions.
  • A proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • English: at least B2 level.
