Influencer Marketing Team Lead $$$ Offline

We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Influencer Marketing Team Lead to join our team on FinTech who will be responsible for the work, performance and development of his department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Planning advertising campaigns with bloggers for our clients’ FinTech products;
• Ensuring the performance of advertising campaigns and analyzing metrics and results;
• Development and implementation of advertising strategies for FinTech products based on KPI performance;
• Managing a team of IM managers: building processes, an additional system of motivation and performance assessment for each employee.;
• Hiring and building a team of cool specialists for yourself and the needs of the direction;
• Participation and speaking at international offline conferences to develop your field;
• Business trips to establish relationships with current\potential clients of your vertical.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing with FinTech or gaming products;
• You have advanced soft skills and also have experience in managing a team (required);
• You are fluent in English (from C1), additional languages ​​are a big plus to your resume;
• You know how to conduct advertising campaigns with bloggers for FinTech or gaming products with a positive ROI;
• You know how to develop and implement a cool and performing advertising strategy for a finTech or gaming product of any platform based on KPI performance;
• You can analyze the results of advertising launches and adjust the launch strategy in accordance with product metrics and product KPIs.
