Digital Marketing Lead (CRO)

As the Digital Marketing/CRO Lead, you will own the performance of a multilingual website spanning 9 languages and key assets, including product pages, free tools, blog, demo funnel, product tour, webinars, and academy. Your mission is to optimize every touchpoint, driving growth and exceptional user experiences.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the CRO Team: Manage a team of CRO specialists by setting clear, growth-oriented goals, prioritizing tasks, and planning team capacity for optimal productivity. Implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and speed, and establish organized, scalable documentation workflows.
  • Drive Website Growth: Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify conversion bottlenecks and uncover opportunities that fuel measurable growth.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Recommendations: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and development teams to optimize website performance and drive business growth.
  • Plan and Execute Experiments: Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to refine key website elements, including CTAs, forms, pricing pages, and layout, ensuring a measurable impact on conversion rates.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content, design, SEO, Country, and PR teams to ensure website updates align with growth goals and create a seamless, cohesive user experience.
     

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience with CRO and is ready to take charge and lead.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and CRO software. Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Knows how to apply user experience (UX) principles and best practices. Aware of content strategy and SEO principles and practices. Proficient in HTML, CSS is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Must be able to tell a story with data, not just read out the facts—excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting to clients.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. We’re looking for how we can, not what we can’t.
  • Upper-intermediate English level
