Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts;
• Be responsible for revenue in SMM channels;
• Grow key engagement metrics;
• Launch other channels like LinkedIn, as well as YouTube and possibly Twitter;
• Research the European and US markets, analyze competitor strategies, and follow local trends;
• Be creative, attentive to details and ready to find the best solutions for product promotion on SM;
• Create and manage a comprehensive content plan;
• Craft compelling and original copy;
• Schedule and publish content with consistency;
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze results;
• Identify and scale successful strategies.
   

Skills and qualification

• Approach to SMM primarily as a channel for generating additional revenue;
• Proven successful cases of revenue growth in SMM;
• At least 2 years of experience as an SMM specialist (experience with English-speaking accounts is a plus);
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Understanding and knowledge of best practices and trends for social media development;
• Data-driven approach to generating and prioritizing hypotheses;
