Main Responsibilities

– Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiting researchers

– Strategic Planning: Design and implement research strategies to identify talent trends, target new talent pools, and improve sourcing methods

– Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment strategies, track key performance metrics, and optimize the hiring process

– Candidate Identification: Develop and execute innovative approaches to identify and attract high-quality candidates

– Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to understand talent needs and align research efforts with organizational goals

– Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices

– Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve the recruiting research process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Mandatory Requirements

– Knowledge of IT-recruiting domain

– Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficiency in recruitment software and tools

– Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment

– Intermediate or higher English level
