Affiliate Manager (RevShare) Offline
We are looking for a skilled Affiliate Manager who is passionate about digital marketing, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and is driven to delivering outstanding results.
Requirements:
— 1+ year of experience working as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;
— Experience working with Tier-2 and/or Tier-3 geos;
— Understanding the specifics of Affiliate Marketing (traffic sources, payment models, fraud, etc);
— Solid experience working and focus on coordinating successful deals with RevShare model;
— Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
— Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
— At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
Will be a plus:
— Additional languages knowledge;
— Higher education in Marketing or a related field;
— Completed course in Affiliate Marketing.
Responsibilities:
— Search for new affiliate opportunities and partners on Social Media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, etc), websites and applications;
— Identify, assess potential affiliate partners and negotiate partnership agreements;
— Manage existing affiliate partners, monitor their performance and identify areas of improvements to optimize revenue;
— Provide guidance and support to affiliate partners to help them achieve their goals and develop long-term partnerships;
— Work closely with other teams within the Company to ensure affiliate partners have all necessary for their success;
— Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in Affiliate Marketing.
