Strong Junior Project manager Offline

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management

- Proficiency in engaging with customers in the IT domain

- Proficient in assembling, processing, and formulating project requirements

- Expertise in devising plans for teams across different timeframes, adept at navigating change

- Comprehension of web development principles and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Proved effective direct people management 5+ employees teams

- Exceptional aptitude for handling stakeholders with finesse

- Profound ability to oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment

- Excellent leadership skills, ability to plan and organize

- Proactive, forward-thinking, and impassioned approach to project management.

- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (will be a plus)

Technical/specialized knowledge:

- Good knowledge of Project Management in gambling domain

- Experience working using various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc)

- Working with Atlassian stack. for composing and managing workflows

- Define and measure KPI for project and improve project metrics (speed, quality, reliability, etc)

- Proven experience working in gambling or similar domains

- Experience working with or in operation departments of gambling sphere

- Basic+ Technical understanding of Gambling platform components

- Proven Leadership and communication skills

- Ability to find and deep search for edge to edge cases over requirement.

- Being proactive over communication and strict with notes and future results and follow ups
