Growe is looking for Senior Media Buyer Apps (GEO - Chile)

We specialize in the development of iGaming brands from scratch in emerging markets: Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Responsibilities:

• Create, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns;
• Monitor and report daily campaigns;
• Plan, set up, optimize, and scale a new traffic source;
• Generate ideas for creatives, funnels, A/B tests, and conversion rate improvements;
• Be responsible for tracking, campaign analysis, and devising strategies to move forward;
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI;
• Create media buying monthly/quarterly plans;
• Look for new business opportunities based on the acquisition’s performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ Years experience running paid ad campaigns within the gray niche;
• Understanding webview app promotion campaign and tools infrastructure;
• Experience with the following advertising sources: In-App (UnityAds, Smadex, Mintegral or similar), Google UAC or ASO;
• Know how to scale one of these channels to large budgets and drive value;
• Experience working with Voluum or Keitaro, Appsflyer, and Multibrowsers;
• Knowledge of Sportsbook & Casinos industry would be beneficial;
• High proficiency in reporting, campaign analysis, and optimization.

Required Soft Skills:

• Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically and identify and resolve problems;
• Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentational).
