Marketing Technical Setup Specialist

Please note: This vacancy is only about working with marketing setups and is not related to IT sphere and coding.

Requirements:

- Although experience in Technical Setup is preferred, we welcome applicants of all levels who show a willingness to learn and grow in the role;

- Strong English, both written and spoken, is a must.

- Comfortable working with Google Sheets to track tasks, reports, and operational data.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. 

- Experience with platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, or Outbrain is a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude or similar) and the ability to use them to improve day to day work. 

- Ability to analyze data and make key decisions;

- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment;

- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. 

 

Responsibilities:

 -Track and manage operational tasks and workflows.

-Support the team with troubleshooting, documentation, and operational processes.

-Work with Facebook and other marketing platforms to support daily operations.

-Perform technical marketing setups and assist with system operations.

-Use AI tools to improve efficiency and speed up routine work where appropriate.

- Managing API integrations;

- Working with domains and hosting;

- Technical support of the system operation;
