Mine Marketing is a fast-growing performance marketing company and a Google Direct and Meta Partner. We run our own RSOC feed and a fully built in-house automation system that handles scaling and optimization, so our buyers can focus on strategy and results. Alongside RSOC, we run additional media buying activities and are expanding into E-commerce and Lead Generation.

We’re looking for experienced Senior Media Buyers to launch and scale profitable campaigns across multiple traffic sources and verticals. You’ll work with our in-house tools and partner-level platform access, with room to explore new channels, test ideas and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and scale paid campaigns on Google and Meta, with RSOC as a core focus
• Develop and test new campaign strategies, audiences, creatives and angles
• Use our in-house automation system to scale and optimize efficiently
• Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
• Expand into E-commerce and Lead Gen campaigns as those activities grow
• Analyze trends, report results and share insights with the team

• Work with internal teams (tech, creative, analytics) to improve processes and tools

   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer, ideally with AFD/RSOC traffic
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at large scale (minimum 5k$ of daily spend)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large budgets and performance metrics
• Understanding of key KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, EPC and RPC
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience in E-commerce or Lead Generation
• Background with other traffic sources beyond Google and Meta
• Experience with automation tools, tracking platforms and analytics system

We are looking for a data-driven Junior Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage to join our growing team. 

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundamentals of RSOC-compliant advertising, search arbitrage traffic flows, and performance optimization. We are looking for a candidate who can analyze data, execute structured testing, and help scale profitable campaigns while maintaining compliance with platform policies.


Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage (RSOC)
- Practical experience running Meta ads for search arbitrage funnels
- Strong understanding of RSOC policy and compliance requirements and making it high CTR ads accordingly
- Experience working with budgets over 5k daily with positive 18% ROI
- Solid understanding of campaign structure (CBO/ABO), creative testing frameworks, and campaign optimization and scaling strategies
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics on a daily basis (CTR, CPC, EPC, CPA, ROAS/ROI
- Experience working with Google Sheets (formulas, data analysis, reporting) and performance dashboards
- Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make optimization decisions independently
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and vertical tests simultaneously
