Responsibilities

– сommunicate closely with VIP-clients, through various communication channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail

 – analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience

– analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer

– performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation

– work with significant winnings/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients

 – work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients

– deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals

– work on group and individual performance indicators

 

 Requirements

– ability to work at night shift

– fluent in Ukrainian, or other languages

– English at least Intermediate

– PC skills (Word, Excel and other programs)

– knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client

– sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking
