Marketing Manager and PR for B2B in IT

We are looking for a Marketing and PR Manager to join our international team with a policy of trust, development, and shared values.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute innovative marketing, content, and lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and events.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of channel and campaign effectiveness, leveraging data and metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Serve as the company's brand steward, managing our brand portfolio and positioning through compelling marketing messages, hard offers, and descriptions.

• Dive deep into the digital landscape, testing various hardware and solutions to identify opportunities where we can deliver maximum value to our clients.

• Pitch the company to diverse communities and act as an expert voice in forums where our target audience congregates.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B, ideally within the IT industry focusing on outsourcing services or product companies. However, we're open to considering candidates with experience in other B2B sectors such as marketing services, healthcare, or legal services, where expertise is paramount.

• Proven track record of promoting products or services on the global market.

• Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and software for automating marketing processes.

• Demonstrated creative skills and the ability to craft engaging content.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to digitize and analyze work results, making data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• English Level: C1/C2+, with a minimum of Upper-intermediate proficiency.

Plus:

• Experience in organizing online events or participating in offline events.

• In-depth knowledge of the international media landscape within the IT service industry.
