Head of Linkbuilding Team Offline

The SEOBROTHERS team is actively seeking a talented Head of Linkbuilding Team to our office in Poland!

We are fully committed to developing and promoting our projects in international markets.

Main requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Linkbuilding Team;

- Proven experience in managing a team of 5 or more individuals;

- Experience in team workload planning;

- At least intermediate (B1) English proficiency is required; advanced proficiency is preferred. You will be communicating with native English speakers via email;

- High efficiency and desire to grow in the fields of SEO and online marketing;

- Exceptional proficiency of Google Spreadsheets and Excel, including the ability to use formulas, filters, and formatting;

- Ability to work independently and swiftly locate the necessary information;

- Fundamental knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMRush and other web tools for backlink analysis, particularly for competitor analysis.

- Experience in non-outreach linkbuilding activities (directories, web 2.0, sobmits, etc.)

Duties:

- Team management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and training;

- Controlling operational processes, including link placement on platforms of appropriate quality and cost in line with the plan;

- Collaborative planning and resolution of issues with related departments, along with budget control;

- In-depth analysis and research of competitors, their promotion methods, and backlink strategies;

- Identifying platforms for link placements through thorough analysis of Google's search results;

- Locating contacts and email addresses, with desirable experience in relevant software like Hunter.io and MailShake;

- Assessment of donor websites (traffic, spam indicators, content relevance, etc.);

- Communicating with webmasters and site editors;

- Crafting technical tasks for copywriters;

- Researching and securing link placements on various types of thematic sources.

Will be considered a plus:

- Solid knowledge of SEO, Linkbuilding, Outreach, and SMM;

- Experience with outreach tools like buzzstream, ninjaoutreach, and similar plugins;

- Familiarity with Google search engines;

- A proactive approach to independently finding solutions to questions that may arise in the field of SEO Linkbuilding.
