SnoopGame QA is in search of a Junior HR Manager. We specialize in manual game testing services, catering to publishers and developers worldwide.
Over the past decade, we've meticulously tested more than 1500 games spanning various genres, from Hyper Casual to AAA. Presently, we proudly stand as Ukraine's foremost company, equipped with remarkable achievements and the proficiency to conduct diverse manual testing across multiple platforms.
We are looking for an active, motivated, and enthusiastic HR manager to join our team.
As an HR Manager, you will:
β Manage the employee lifecycle process: facilitate onboarding, complete onboarding and probationary period, Ρonducting 1:1 meetings;
β Advise the management on issues of relations with employees, provide solutions;
β Keeping reporting documentation.
β Internal communication. Manage critical communications: identifying employee issues, engaging stakeholders, making decisions;
β Participate in internal corporate news and other materials;
β Support the culture and atmosphere of the company;
We are looking for someone who:
β Junior HR Manager.
β Π‘ompleted professional courses
β Demonstrates such soft skills: flexibility and adaptability, the ability to speak the language of solutions, resilience, integrity, critical thinking, and pro-activity.
β Can speak and write in English on intermediate or higher level.
Work experience in the IT sphere and HR education or certification would be a plus.
Experience using Trello, Canva, Photoshop will be a plus.
