Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer Offline

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails;

Experience with Git;

Experience with HTML+CSS, JavaScript;

Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Postgresql);

Knowledge of MVC, OOP principles, and design patterns;

Deep understanding of web technologies, data structures, and algorithms;

Proactivity, results orientation, and self-motivation;

Team player;

Strong oral and written communication skills;

Deep technical understanding of AWS, Terraform, DevOps is a plus;

Knowledge of Stimulus JS and Tailwind CSS frameworks is a plus;

Advanced level of English proficiency (Intermediate and above).

Responsibilities:

Development of high-quality code using Ruby on Rails;

Collaboration with the team to create the best solutions;

Integration of new features and improvement of application service architectures;

Transformation of business ideas into full-fledged features;

Understanding the client's business needs and participating in project development decision-making;

Maintaining technical documentation;

Active communication with the customer (in English);

Researching relevant technologies to improve the interface infrastructure.
