• 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience

• Розробка та підтримка платіжних інтеграцій з локальними та міжнародними провайдерами;
• Оптимізація продуктивності та масштабування існуючих рішень;
• Розв’язання нетривіальних задач на стику бізнес-логіки й технологій;
• Робота в тісній зв’язці з архітекторами, продуктовими командами та фронтендом;
• Дотримання принципів інженерного мислення: відповідальність за результат, а не лише за реалізацію.

✅ Очікування від кандидата:
• Досвід розробки на Ruby on Rails - від 7 років;
• Розуміння принципів побудови високонавантажених систем;
• Участь у розробці складних проєктів, бажано - у проектуванні архітектурних рішень;
• Досвід роботи з GraphQL - буде перевагою;
• Англійська на рівні читання технічної документації.
