Full-stack Ruby on Rails developer from $4000 Offline

We are looking for a strong Ruby on Rails developer with excellent communication skills to join one of our teams on a long-term basis. Team are remote, work is asynchronous and meetings are only when absolutely needed.

Requirements

Must:

- 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer

- strong knowledge of RDBMS, MySQL is a big plus

- experience with Elasticsearch

- front-end skills (Any of pure JS, Stimulus JS, React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

- understanding of docker and deployment process\

Nice to have:

- React skills

- Experience with Kubernetes

- Experience with leading the project, communicating with stakeholders
