Senior Drupal Developer (offline)

We have many projects as well as support clients who we need to frequently assist. We'd like to try working with a developer on a 40 hour task and then consider longer term, potentially 40 hours a week. At that point we'd look at our needs.
We work 9am-5pm ET. So 5 hours of overlap with that would be ideal.

We're a Drupal dev shop that also has a lot of React work. We have builds and support clients. We have a bunch of super smart developers and work in a highly collaborative environment. The could definitely look at our site and this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8-PxC_-KtA

For this particular project, if we move fast enough it's a headless Drupal site with a React frontend. If the dev has React skills they can help with Drupal and the frontend. If not, they can focus on Drupal. Probably we'd try working together for 1 or 2 weeks, 40 hours a week and then after that we could consider more work together.
