This is a part-time, remote, contract role for a Freelance Web Developer. What you'll do

- Turn Figma designs into pixel-accurate, mobile-first pages that look as good on a phone as they do on desktop.

- Wire up integrations and tracking, including HubSpot forms, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, so every site captures and measures what it should.

🧠 Над чим ти будеш працювати
Технічна частина

• Визначати архітектурні підходи в межах backend-домену та формувати технічний напрямок команди, узгоджуючи рішення із загальною технічною стратегією компанії
• Працювати з існуючим PHP-кодом та Python-сервісами
• Брати участь у поступовій міграції частини функціоналу з PHP на Python
• Впроваджувати agentic engineering в межах backend-команди: AI-assisted workflows, MCP-інтеграції, контроль якості згенерованого коду — з повним інженерним ownership за результат
• Оптимізовувати продуктивність, стабільність та масштабованість системи
• Проводити code review та задавати технічні стандарти всередині команди

Лідерська частина

• Будувати інженерну культуру всередині команди — створювати середовище, де інженери ростуть і приймають якісні рішення
• Бути точкою прийняття рішень між продуктом та інженерами
• Декомпозувати задачі, оцінювати ризики та складність
• Проводити регулярні one-on-one та цілеспрямовано допомагати команді рости 
• Брати участь у performance review разом з менеджерами

• Досвід роботи з Docker та сучасною інфраструктурою
• Практичний досвід застосування підходів agentic engineering у production-середовищі
• Розуміння обмежень LLM та вміння контролювати якість згенерованого коду
• Досвід не лише «генерації», а інтеграції таких підходів у процес розробки
• Вміння приймати технічні рішення з урахуванням продуктового контексту
