• Proficiency in one or more additional languages: Go, Python, Java, or C++
• Experience designing and evolving backend architectures - APIs, data flows, service decomposition
• Strong understanding of testing practices (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and designs clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• English B1+ (written and verbal communication)

We are looking for a Backend Developer who will own financial automation: reconciling transactions, integrating gateways, validating settlement data, and ensuring nothing slips through.
 
 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain internal finance automation services that power our products
• Integrate with multiple payment gateways and banking APIs
• Ensure full traceability and correctness of transaction flows
• Improve data accuracy, alerting, and observability systems
• Help operations replace repetitive manual work with smart automation
• Spot bottlenecks early - and fix them with clean, thoughtful engineering
