Required skills:
— 5+ years of commercial experience of development
— Proven experience and interest in PHP
— Desire to learn and work with Laravel, MySQL, JWT
— High motivation and passion for technology
— Team Lead skills
— Great communication skills
— The capability of resolving complex tasks and offering the best solutions to the issues
— Level of English: Advanced

Responsibilities:
Help one of the biggest logistics companies improve their platform, migrate the data and services to launch a new product, work closely with the customer to improve their product offering, create an ecosystem that is intuitive to use and connect all the dots of the business.
— Lead the team
— Build software that is a joy to use and improve existing code quality!
— Update the system for end customers’ to make it easy, intuitive to use and allows users to accomplish their work more efficiently
— Eliminate redundant resources use and reduce code duplications
— Set up test coverage and improve security and decrease vulnerabilities of the software
— Complete some tasks related to NetSuite
— Handle the data migration from the old system and launch of the new system
— Regularly and proactively communicate status, risks, and other issues related to project
