Team Lead – PHP/JavaScript Development Offline

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Lead with a strong background in PHP and JavaScript development to guide our talented team of developers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll not only manage projects and mentor team members but also contribute to architecture and code quality.

✅ Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on web-based projects
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code in PHP and JavaScript
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to define technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews, manage sprint planning, and guide team members' technical growth
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

📌 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PHP and JavaScript development
• 2+ years in a team leadership or technical lead role
• Deep understanding of modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)
• Strong JavaScript skills (ES6+, React/Vue/Angular, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Experience with DevOps tools or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, etc.)
• Previous experience scaling systems or managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.)
