About the Role:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• 2+ years of experience as a Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager and/or Team Lead.
• Proven experience in the iGaming/Gambling industry is required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships in the Chile/LATAM market.
• Experience managing affiliate budgets exceeding $100,000.
• Strong track record of acquiring, developing, and managing high-value affiliate partnerships.
• Experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and custom commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on affiliate performance.
• Deep understanding of affiliate KPIs, including ROI, CPA, LTV, FTD, Conversion Rate, Retention, and Revenue.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, CRM tools, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist (Lead Generation / Growth Marketing) who will be responsible for developing and scaling client acquisition channels for our web development and design services. This role is a great fit for a Lead Generation Specialist, Growth Marketer, or Media Buyer who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, analytics, SEO, and AI tools.

The primary goal of this role is to generate qualified leads through existing channels while exploring and developing new opportunities for client acquisition. Your key KPI will be booked discovery calls and qualified inquiries received via platforms or messaging channels.
