Head of Sales (B2C) $$$ Offline

We are now looking for an experienced Head of Sales (B2C, Indonesia market) who can take full ownership of our sales direction, build a strong sales team, and lead the department to predictable and scalable results. This is a key leadership role with a direct impact on the company’s growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the B2C sales department for the Indonesian market.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales specialists, ensuring high performance.
  • Work with warm inbound leads from marketing funnels.
  • Create and optimize sales scripts, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Set sales goals and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement and maintain CRM processes to ensure effective tracking and pipeline management.

     

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR management within a sales context
  • Experience in business training, preferably with international exposure
  • Strong understanding of ethical sales techniques (identifying customer needs, consultative selling)
  • Experience building sales teams from scratch: hiring, training, motivating.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured pipelines.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Data-driven, strategic mindset.

     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in EdTech, online schools, or subscription-based products.
  • Familiarity with scaling sales in fast-growing startups.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and cooperation with performance teams.
