We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the maintenance of corporate devices, networks, VPN, and third-party systems. This position requires knowledge of and experience with corporate Mac OS IT systems of various types and a proven ability to learn new skills in a constantly changing technical environment. Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
• Confident knowledge of the principles of network technologies
• Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork
• Ready to learn and self-improve
• Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with electrical systems/cabling
• Experience with Apple hardware & software
• Ability to perform small repairs related to cabling/electrical wiring, etc.
• Own car and ability to use it for work-related tasks

Responsibilities:

• Research and provide better alternatives to the current IT solutions used within the company
• Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems (mostly Mac OS) and office equipment
• Support corporate IT infrastructure and quickly resolve any issues stopping business operations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Consulting users on technical questions
• Support business operations from an IT standpoint, including onboarding, off-boarding new employees, setting up new systems, etc.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior .Net Developer to join our team in Lviv!
 

What You'll get to do:

• Hands-on development and integration of the evolving business functionality on the core part of the platform with other office locations.
• Understanding business requirements and their mapping to the given software framework.
• Discussing business requirements along with the Team Leader, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other parties involved.
• Adhering to the Agile methodology and design principles of the project.
• Working in a test-driven, object-oriented environment.
• Participating in the design and implementation of the new architecture of the next-generation GamMatrix platform.
• Offering the QA and support team assistance whenever issues arise.
• Adhere to best practice development standards (such as continuous integration and deployment).
• Ability to understand the complex technical architecture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and tasks.

What You need to know:

• Experience with ASP.NET 4+ Frameworks and .Net Core 3.1+.
• Good understanding and experience with relational database systems (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL) GIT, CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with multi-thread programming.
• Experience using containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
• Experience implementing and using message queues (Kafka, Rabbit MQ).
• Hands-on experience writing unit tests.
• Experience with distributed caching solutions (Redis).
• Knowledge of n-tier applications, distributed applications.
• English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of C#.
• Experience with building and managing microservices, parallel and asynchronous programming design patterns.
• Experience building REST APIs and self-description services (ex: Swagger).
• Experience with Log Systems: Grafana, Kibana.
