We are working on two different projects: one is an LMS-like system designed to teach kids entrepreneurship, and the other is a peer-to-peer tutoring platform with event booking features and Zoom-like online sessions. • Own the onboarding program for new sales hires, including curriculum development.
• Manage the Sales Training Calendar, delivering both live and virtual training.
• Coach and train Sales Managers to reinforce the Sales Playbook.
• Manage the sales content repository, ensuring materials are organized and current.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on external content creation.
• Curate high-quality internal content, including competitive fact sheets and videos.
• Optimize sales tools and processes, managing vendor relationships and providing support.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in a SaaS environment, sales or learning and development.
• A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
• Experience with content management and learning management systems.
• Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.
• Experience creating sales playbooks, and training materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Miller Heiman or Challenger Sales Methodologies preferred.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Fast learner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the COO in implementing and optimizing internal business processes.

· Oversee the implementation and integration of the ERP system and others.

· Establish and track performance metrics across all departments.

· Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

· Coordinate and oversee cross-departmental projects and initiatives. · Manage relationships with vendors, oversee contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure vendor compliance.

· Support the COO in setting up and managing international office operations.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely execution.

· Advanced English proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong ability to review contracts, manage budgets, and oversee financial aspects of operations.

· Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

· Background in operations management, process improvement, or business analytics.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

· Experience in manufacturing or physical production processes.

· Familiarity with international business operations and expansion strategies.
