Responsibilities:
- building software services for DevOps, ITOps & customer support teams;
- patching up support escalation cases;
- making on-call rotations and processes the best they can be;
- documenting share-ready knowledge;
- cdelivering solutions that leverage the best automation tools on offer;
- maintainability mission-critical projects;
- participation in bootstrap projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry experience;
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- experience with GitLab, Azure AD, Terraform, Continuous Integration;
- experience in AWS;
- eager to take responsibility, accountability and ownership of systems and processes;
- experience using Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence;
- experience using PagerDuty or Service Management (OpsGenie);
- expert in using REST and SOAP API’s;
- knowledgeable of securing data, OWASP Top 10;
- understands PGP, SSH, OAuth, SFTP, HTTPS, SFTP.
Will be a plus:
- experience with AWS cdk;
