Project Overview:
We’re looking for an expert Microsoft-ecosystem engineer to build a custom Teams or extends our existing teams app that embeds our AI chatbot into the Teams Classroom/Classwork experience, giving educators and students persistent, in-context access to conversational AI.

Technical Scope:
- Create a Microsoft Teams sidebar app (with tab fallback) using the Teams Toolkit
- Integrate with Microsoft Graph API to sync:
      1. Class Materials (Files, OneDrive links, PDFs, video transcripts)
     2. Classwork modules, assignments, grades, Insights analytics
- Implement card- or pane-based UI using Teams SDK components
- Configure app manifest for multi-tenant Classroom/Classwork integration
- Build a content-indexing pipeline (webhooks or polling) for real-time sync
- Provide deployment scripts and CI/CD configuration (Azure Functions or Azure App Service)

Teams Integration Requirements:
- Embed our AI chatbot interface within the app’s tab or pane
- Support cross-component communication (e.g. between Graph data and chatbot iframe)
- Maintain session state and context for each class team
- Ensure responsive layout across desktop and mobile Teams clients

Authentication & Security:
- Implement Azure AD or Entra OAuth 2.0 flows scoped per class team
- Request least-privilege Graph scopes for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Education endpoints
- Securely handle, store, and refresh access tokens
- Comply with Microsoft and GDPR security requirements

Key Deliverables:
- Fully configured Teams app manifest
- OAuth 2.0 authentication module
- Graph API integrations and webhook or polling pipeline
- Tab or pane UI with embedded AI chatbot
- Deployment and configuration scripts for Azure

Required Experience:
- Proven Microsoft Teams app development (Teams SDK and Toolkit)

About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role for a Backend Team Lead who will guide a team of backend engineers while staying directly involved in coding, architecture, and delivery.You’ll lead Coro’s EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) team, working on real high-load systems that process millions of telemetry events daily from customer devices and cloud providers. These systems detect anomalies, identify malicious processes, and trigger automated remediation — making this a mission-critical leadership role at the core of Coro’s product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of highly skilled and passionate developers
• Partner with the Product Manager to build the road-map for the team
• Understand the team objectives and key results and make sure that the team are on the path to achieving them
• Participate in making decisions on the architecture and technologies
• Conduct the team ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retro meetings
• Help create and enforce strong engineering standards, code quality, and best Engineering practices
• Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of the team’s various services and features
• Help your team members grow by mentoring them, building their growth plan with them and enable them opportunities to implement it

Required Competence and Skills:

• 6+ years of backend/server-side development with Java
• 2+ years of proven experience leading an engineering team 
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework and MongoDB
• Deep understanding of multithreading and concurrency
• Solid knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Proven experience with microservices architecture
• Experience working with high-load backend systems
• Proficiency in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch 
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes
• Experience in Cybersecurity domain

Our client,  is opening a Lead ML/AI Engineer position.
The company is actively expanding its AI direction and is looking for a specialist who combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing skills: joining calls, leading discovery phases, and participating in pre-sales processes.

Formal experience specifically in a “lead” role is not strictly required — what matters most is that you feel confident as a technical expert who understands client needs and can propose solutions. Approximately 50% of tasks will be presales/discovery, while the rest will be project work.
 

Responsibilities

• Design, build and scale a production-grade inference stack for RAG-based applications,
• Develop efficient retrieval pipelines using OpenSearch or similar vector databases, with a focus on high recall and response relevance,
• Optimize performance and latency for both real-time and batch queries,
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the inference stack to improve response times and system efficiency,
• Ensure high reliability, observability, and monitoring of deployed systems,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs and retrieval components into user-facing applications,
• Evaluate and integrate modern RAG frameworks and tools to accelerate development,
• Guide architectural decisions, mentor team members, and uphold engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems or distributed systems,
• Hands-on experience building and deploying retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems,
• Deep knowledge of OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar search engines,
• Strong coding skills in Python,
• Experience with frameworks like LlamaIndex or LangChain,
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, or FAISS,
• Exposure to LLM fine-tuning, semantic search, embeddings, and prompt engineering,
• Previous work on systems handling millions of users or queries per day,
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes),
• Experience with vector search, embedding pipelines, and dense retrieval techniques,
• Proven ability to optimize inference stacks for latency, reliability, and scalability,
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills,
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, and a self-starter mindset in fast-paced environments,

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
