We’re currently expanding our HRM system project, which has been in development for 9 months and is now approaching its pre-release stage. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help define the next steps, shape the product, and scale it in the competitive SaaS market.
What You’ll Do
- Product Development
Lead the product to launch and drive key business goals in the B2B/B2C SaaS space.
Enhance the HRTech product by developing features, conducting market research, and refining user personas. - Strategic Leadership
Plan product roadmap development and implement market positioning strategies.
Define the brand’s "Tone of Voice" to align with target audience expectations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with development, UX, and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
Use data-driven insights to communicate and prioritize initiatives effectively. - Metrics Management
Track and analyze key product metrics such as ROI, adoption, retention, conversion rates, and marketing spend efficiency.
