We’re looking for a strong and proactive Senior Python Engineer who can work independently, make key technical decisions, and design architecture.
We value not only technical excellence but also initiative, and a product-oriented mindset.

Tech Stack:

Python, Django, Celery, Kubernetes, Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS (Lambda, S3), ELK

Must have:

• 7+ years of commercial experience in Python development;
• Experience working in Docker/Kubernetes environments;
• Strong understanding of production-grade systems: logging, monitoring, alerting, and defining & maintaining SLAs;
• Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with large datasets (PostgreSQL);
• Experience with NoSQL databases;

• Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.

   

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Hands-on experience with Apple and Google in-app purchase (IAP) integrations is a strong advantage;
• Experience integrating and working with payment systems (e.g., LiqPay or similar);
• Experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs);

• Experience with the Elastic Stack та Experience with FastAPI.

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs for new products;

As an HR Manager, you will:

— Manage the employee lifecycle process: facilitate onboarding, complete onboarding and probationary period, сonducting 1:1 meetings.
— Advise the management on issues of relations with employees, provide solutions;
— Keeping reporting documentation.
— Internal communication. Manage critical communications: identifying employee issues, engaging stakeholders, making decisions.
— Participate in internal corporate news and other materials.
— Support the culture and atmosphere of the company.

We are looking for someone who:

— Has 1+ year of experience in IT as an HR Manager (experience in outsourced/outstaffed companies would be an advantage).
— Demonstrates such soft skills as flexibility and adaptability, the ability to speak the language of solutions, resilience, integrity, critical thinking, and proactivity.
— Can speak and write in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
— Has proven experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training, and development).
