As a member of the engineering team you will contribute to the requirements clarification, system and software design, software development, platform bring-up and hardening. We’re looking for a hands-on data integration specialist with deep expertise in Informatica and practical experience with the Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). You will lead and participate in development of scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines supporting enterprise-grade integration, quality, and governance initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud Data Integration, and related IDMC services.
• Design and optimize data integration workflows across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Implement data quality rules, lineage tracking, and governance policies using IDMC modules (Data Quality, Data Catalog, Governance & Privacy, etc.).
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business users to deliver clean, trusted, and timely data.
• Monitor pipeline performance, manage exceptions, and create robust logging, alerting, and retry mechanisms.
• Produce technical documentation, mappings, and best-practice playbooks to enable scalable team adoption.

Required skills & experience:

• 4+ years building data pipelines using Informatica products, with at least 1–2 years in IDMC or Informatica Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of data integration and ETL/ELT patterns in cloud and hybrid ecosystems.
• Proficient in SQL and working with varied data sources (databases, APIs, files, SaaS platforms).
• Experience with data quality, lineage, and metadata management using Informatica tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, Azure and associated data services.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IDMC services such as Cloud Application Integration, Informatica Data Governance, or Axon Data Governance.
• Exposure to data privacy, masking, or compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Automation using Python, Shell, or DevOps CI/CD tools.
• Certifications: Informatica Cloud Data Integration Professional, IDMC Specialist, or equivalent.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proficient with front-end frameworks: Vue.js, AngularJS, or React
• Strong back-end experience: Node.js, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications
• Proven ability to architect scalable and maintainable microservices
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment
• Ability to lead end-to-end projects and collaborate effectively with distributed global teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Gather required information/documents from various sources and evaluate the information for testing, provide meaningful feedback to Product Owners
• Actively participate in the payment team’s daily activities and Scrum/Kanban ceremonies
• Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and manage them in test suites
• Participate in test cycles organization for beta-testers
• Report and escalate release bugs and production incidents
• Create team documentation and keep up-to-date existing one
• Test and verify web applications and APIs
• Use Postman for APIs testing
• Assist the development team with providing business- and technical-related information

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, technology, and product managers, etc.

   

REQUIREMENTS
 

• 1+ years of commercial software testing experience (NOTE freelance/courses are not considered as a commercial experience)
• Excellent level of theoretical knowledge in software testing and SDLC processes
• Experience in API testing (Postman or similar tooling)
• Experience in analyzing the requirements, performing test design, executing test cases, and reporting test results
• Practical experience with testing web-based applications with API integrations
• Solid understanding of client-server model, HTTP basics, as well as JSON, XML
• Ability to perform root cause analysis using logs, dev tools, database queries etc.;
• Experience with bug tracking systems, as well as with bug report creation and verification
• Understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic knowledge of one of the databases SQL or NoSQL

• Upper-Intermediate English level
