A program of projects within the Energy domain. We will work on various applications covering generation control, distribution control, transmission control, and service crews control. The implementation area of these products is very high-scale (e.g. country-wide systems).
Requirements

Female Athlete Insight & Outreach LeadLocation: Remote | Type:Part-Time or Contract | Start: Immediate
QIRIN is building the world’s first performance OS for female athletes - optimized for their physiology, hormonal cycles, and long-term healthspan. We're not guessing what they need - we're going directly to the source.
We’re hiring an “Athlete Insight & Outreach Lead” to onboard 50–100 female athletes into our early-stage, invite-only community — with one goal: uncover their deepest challenges, unmet needs, and overlooked pain points. You’ll lead strategic social media outreach, personal follow-ups, and high-trust onboarding to build QIRIN’s early athlete brain trust.
Your Mission
→ Onboard 50–100 high-potential female athletes into QIRIN’s private insight community
→ Extract honest, clear, actionable insight from every athlete you bring in
→ Build trust, spark connection, and make every athlete feel heard
---
What You’ll Do
1. High-Converting Athlete Outreach
* Identify and message female athletes via Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and referrals
* Create DMs, voice notes, comments, and follow-ups that get genuine replies
* Book 1:1 discovery calls or directly onboard into QIRIN’s insight community (Slack, Geneva, Circle)
* Track outreach and conversion metrics — optimize weekly
2. Onboard & Engage Athletes in a Safe Community
* Personally onboard athletes with warmth, clarity, and purpose
* Post lightweight prompts, voice notes, and questions to get athletes sharing their reality
* Facilitate trust and vulnerability — including anonymous sharing options
* Identify common themes and emerging problems across athlete types
3. Deliver Actionable Product Insights
* Listen closely to what athletes say - and what they don’t
* Tag and organize recurring pain points and quote snippets
* Deliver weekly insight highlights to the founder and product team
* No long reports — just clear, athlete-powered direction
You’re a Fit If You:
* Have experience in “outreach, brand ambassador recruiting, athlete engagement, or social growth”
* Are active on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn, and confident sliding into DMs
* Can write messages that feel warm, clear, and personal — no spam
* Are deeply curious, empathetic, and passionate about women’s performance
* Bonus: You’ve worked in sports, health tech, coaching, or athlete-centered communities
We Want Evidence
To apply, include “proof of previous outreach or community success”, such as:
* Athletes onboarded (with numbers)
* DMs/campaigns that converted
* Community participation/engagement examples
* Social content or voice that got traction
What You’ll Get
* Paid freelance or part-time contract (hourly or fixed, based on goals)
* Bonus for each athlete onboarded and insights delivered
* Work directly with the founder and shape product decisions
* Potential to grow into “Head of Athlete Insight, Community, or Growth”
How to Apply
Send us:
* CV / Cover letter ( Who you are ) + link to your IG, TikTok, and/ or LinkedIn
* A DM you’d send to a female athlete to invite her to QIRIN
* A short story about how you turned outreach into traction
* Proof of success - metrics, screenshots, campaign examples
