🎯 What You'll Be Doing:

 ▪️ selling our agency’s top-tier marketing services (PPC, SEO, SMM, KOLs & PR, Community building & more);
▪️ leading deals from the first conversation to the final “let’s go” — no cold outreach, just warm inbound leads;
▪️ running structured discovery calls using BANT/ICP — short, sharp and value-first;
▪️ turning leads into revenue with custom, client-specific offers;
▪️ collaborating with marketers to craft irresistible proposals;
▪️ presenting with confidence, clarity, and purpose;
▪️ managing complex deals — budgets, deadlines, and multiple decision-makers;
▪️ keeping PipeDrive squeaky clean (no deal left behind!);
▪️ ensuring smooth handoffs to the project team — no “oops, we forgot to mention…”

🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You:

▪️ speak fluent English (C1+), and feel confident on calls, in chats, and during live demos;
▪️ have high empathy and know how to uncover real client needs;
▪️ have B2B experience in Web3, blockchain, DeFi, IT, SaaS or Digital Marketing — or at least aren’t afraid of crypto;
▪️ know how to write and sell custom offers (no templates here);
▪️ are friends with CRM and aren’t scared of routine — reports, processes, discipline are part of your DNA.

• Understanding of software development processes (SDLC, STLC)
• Theoretical knowledge of AI/ML testing is needed, experience with these projects would be an advantage
• Theoretical knowledge in the field of Cryptocurrency

• Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
