    About the Role

    We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Data Science team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables by executing comprehensive testing strategies and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and designers.

     

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Analyze project documentation to understand business and technical requirements
    • Perform functional and non-functional testing (web, mobile, agentic services)
    • Test API endpoints and data flows within services managed by DS team
    • Test frontend and backend processes during interactions with DS services
    • Validate prompt responses, agent workflows, and conversation logic
    • Identify inconsistencies, hallucinations, or undesired behaviors in LLM outputs
    • Collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, and UX designers to improve AI reliability and user satisfaction.
    • Conduct performance and latency testing for AI model inference and responses.
    • Conduct product regression and release testing
    • Identify, document, and track software bugs
    • Provide clear reporting on testing progress and results
    • Participate in planning, decomposition, and refinement
    • Stay up-to-date with LLM capabilities, limitations, benchmarking, quality metrics and testing tools

     

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in functional and non-functional testing
    • Hands-on experience testing AI systems, chatbots, or LLM-based tools
    • Familiarity with prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
    • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
    • Experience in API testing and using REST client tools
    • Familiarity with HTML, XML, SQL, and web technologies
    • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools
    • Advanced English level (C1)

     

    Would a Plus:

    Responsibilities

    We’re expanding our product line and looking for a highly competent and experienced web front-end developer to take a leading role in developing the front-end for our main application (EasyMorph Server). The tasks include:

    • Develop our Angular-based web application (the back-end is built with ASP.NET)
    • Develop using TypeScript the user-facing front-end part of our enterprise application that is used for interactive data analysis (powered by a WASM module).
    • Occasionally, help with improvement of our corporate websites

     

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years of software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript, and REST APIs
    • At least 3 years of experience with Angular
    • Proficiency with SignalR
    • Profound understanding of the HTTP protocol, and asynchronous patterns
    • Ability to deeply re-design an application with complex architecture

     

    Would be a plus (but not mandatory)

    • Familiarity with ASP.NET Razor, Websockets
    • Experience with WASM
    • Good practical experience with HTML Canvas

    Role Overview:

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team for the afternoon shift (starting after 3:00 PM Kyiv time). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping them troubleshoot issues and ensuring a smooth experience with our platform during off-peak hours.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-line technical support via email, chat, or ticketing system (HubSpot) during evening hours.

    • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist users with step-by-step guidance.

    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Engineering team when needed.

    • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our internal systems.

    • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and support documentation.

    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

     

    Requirements:

    • English proficiency: Upper Intermediate or higher, especially in written communication.

    • Basic technical literacy: Understanding of common platforms (browsers, email clients, mobile apps, etc.).

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to follow procedures and accurately document work.

    • High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

    • Willingness to learn new tools and workflows quickly.

    • Availability to work evening hours (after 6:00 PM Kyiv time).


    Nice to have:

    • Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.

    • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or Jira.

    • Basic understanding of APIs, error logs, or technical diagnostics.

    • Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
