While everyone else licenses stale data or offloads research to offshore teams, we’re building state-of-the-art OSINT infrastructure to detect allocator activity, fund movements, and investor intent—before the market knows.
This isn’t scraping. This is systemic, multi-source intelligence built from public filings, fragmented bios, social breadcrumbs, podcasts, event networks, and dark web trails.
We’re already live with alpha clients and secured access to major internal allocator datasets. Now we need you to scale our intelligence layer.
🔧 Your Mission
You’ll be the architect and executor of the Altss OSINT Core—a modular system that ingests, deconflicts, and contextualizes thousands of weak signals into structured investor profiles.
You'll be responsible for:
- Tracking identities across platforms
(LinkedIn → EDGAR → podcasts → Telegram → X → Reddit → archived bios) - Building real-time triggers
(fund launches, stealth hiring, LP mandate shifts, domain registrations) - Mapping hidden affiliations
(co-investments, FO cross-ownership, multiple entities under one GP) - Infiltrating under-indexed sources
(event PDFs, Telegram/Discord drops, local registries, archive.org, alt search engines) - Fusing unstructured media
(podcast transcription + speaker/entity resolution, image metadata, social graphs) - Designing logic for disinformation detection & source credibility scoring
This is not a DevOps role. This is field OSINT with engineering-grade execution.
🧰 What You’ll Need
Must have:
- Hardcore experience in OSINT, threat intel, dark web research, or investigative tooling
- Fluency in Python, plus tooling like Playwright/Scrapy for dynamic access
- Deep knowledge of alternative data sources, vertical search, and web infrastructure
- Ability to resolve real-world identities across multiple incomplete digital trails
Creative, first-principles thinker with adversarial mindset (how would I hide this?)
Nice to have:
- Experience with vector DBs, multimodal embeddings, and name-entity disambiguation
- Familiarity with finance, specifically alt assets, fund structures, LP reporting
Prior work in military intel, govtech, security research, or advanced due diligence

As we grow, we’re looking for a Middle Recruiter / HR specialist who can become the core person responsible for all people-related processes in the company — from hiring to basic HR support.
This is a sole role — no bureaucracy, no micromanagement. You’ll work directly with the founders and leads, influence how the team grows, and set the tone for internal communication and recruitment quality.
Your Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary focus):
- Full-cycle hiring: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, coordination
- Active search on platforms like Djinni, LinkedIn, Upwork (tech roles mainly)
- Organize and maintain candidate pipelines
- Communicate directly with founders and team leads about hiring needs
- Help refine our hiring process and suggest improvements
Light HR (Secondary):
- Track team satisfaction, flag risks and issues early
- Help with HR check-ins, anniversaries, basic internal communication
- Keep PeopleForce (or similar) system organized and up to date
- Assist with probation period follow-ups and team growth tracking
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (outsourcing experience is a big plus)
- Strong sourcing skills and good understanding of tech roles
- Proactive, organized, and self-driven
- Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English (B1+)
- Comfortable working solo and handling both recruiting and light HR
- Basic experience with ATS (PeopleForce or similar)
