Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team for the afternoon shift (starting after 3:00 PM Kyiv time). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping them troubleshoot issues and ensuring a smooth experience with our platform during off-peak hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support via email, chat, or ticketing system (HubSpot) during evening hours.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist users with step-by-step guidance.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Engineering team when needed.

• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our internal systems.

• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and support documentation.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

 

Requirements:

• English proficiency: Upper Intermediate or higher, especially in written communication.

• Basic technical literacy: Understanding of common platforms (browsers, email clients, mobile apps, etc.).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow procedures and accurately document work.

• High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

• Willingness to learn new tools and workflows quickly.

• Availability to work evening hours (after 6:00 PM Kyiv time).


Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.

• Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or Jira.

• Basic understanding of APIs, error logs, or technical diagnostics.

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
