As a Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira and Confluence instances. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal utilization of these platforms to support our teams in project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Administration:

• Administer Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions configuration, and customization of workflows, issue types, and fields. Jira (server and cloud), сonfluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)

• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.

2. Configuration and Customization:

• Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces to meet the specific requirements of our teams and projects.

• Customize Jira workflows, screens, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

3. Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems used within the organization to facilitate seamless data flow and collaboration.

• Implement automation rules and workflows using Jira and Confluence plugins to optimize task management and documentation processes.

4. User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to users on Jira and Confluence functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues related to Jira and Confluence usage.

5. Corporate IT Services:

• Administer other corporate IT services such as Gitlab, LDAP, GCP.

• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of these services with other business applications and systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position for 2 years.

• Experience with Atlassian stack:

- Jira

- Confluence

- Bitbucket

- Crowd

• Understanding of the functioning of Linux systems.

Required skills:

— 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including all aspects of project planning and execution

— Proven experience with project workflow and SDLC

— Team management experience (1 on 1, performance review)

— Problem-solving attitude, GTD principle

— Experience with Agile practices

— Strong knowledge of spoken and written English — Upper-Intermediate

Will be a Plus:

— Experience Internet of Things (IoT) domain

— Knowledge of any additional foreign language (except English) —

German/French/Spanish

Responsibilities:

— Create and maintain project documentation such as Project Charter and SoW

— Take part in project presale process (with business analyst and tech lead)

— Define resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery

— Estimate and plan project delivery roadmap together with a team

— Manage, monitor, and motivate the team assigned to the project

— Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions

— Report project progress/status on a regular basis to company management

— Support to members of your team through information sharing and peer to peer learning

— Conducting 1 on 1 and performance review meetings with the team members

— Work closely with a business analyst on Software Requirements
