Brandsflow is a US-based brands management company. For over 11 years, we have managed DTC brands—both our own and our clients' using a data-driven approach. We work with a wide range of consumer products brands available on Amazon and other marketplaces, including supplements, electronics, clothing, home & decor, sports goods, and more. We love building brands from scratch as well as collaborating with established ones. While our primary expertise lies on Amazon, we also have a presence on Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Wayfair.

And now we are currently in need of an Amazon Account Manager who is ready to learn, earn, and achieve results while working with us.

We're seeking individuals with a foundational understanding of Amazon Seller Central/Shopify/TikTok Shop, ready to work across a diverse range of our brands and evolve into independent managers, driving success through initiative and innovation.

What We Value in You:

-Possess a foundational understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or other eCommerce platforms & marketplaces

-Eagerness to develop and grow as an independent manager

-Ability to quickly find and structure information

-Proactivity and the ability to work in uncertain conditions

-Responsibility and self-learning capabilities

-Proficiency in using  all modern stuff like AI/GPT/ structuring tables etc

-English language proficiency at least at the upper-intermediate level (B2 or higher is a MUST)

What you'll be tasked with:

-Monitoring product availability and demand forecasting on Amazon

-Tracking customer feedback and listing indexing

-Updating and optimizing product listings

-Creating product labels and managing shipments

-Collecting reports and interacting with Amazon support

-Assisting in creating and writing product listings

-Conducting competitive analysis and researching market trends

-Data entry and spreadsheet management.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We're looking for a candidate with previous experience managing Amazon Brands (PL/OA/Dropship). For candidates without prior experience in Amazon field but strong soft skills, proactivity and deep knowledge of AI stuff, we can offer paid internship.
