About Exibeat

Exibeat is building a marketplace that helps electronic music producers and DJs share, discover, and exchange music in a simpler and more connected way. We are close to launching our Beta and have already started onboarding more than 500 early users. After the launch, we plan to begin a pre-seed fundraising campaign at the start of 2026.

The Role

We are looking for a CTO-level full-stack engineer who can take ownership of our architecture, lead the engineering team, and help us ship a stable and scalable platform. You will guide technical decisions, stay hands-on with coding, and help raise the quality of the entire codebase.

This role involves leading a cross-functional team, steering technical direction, and making sure engineering work connects smoothly with product, design, and business needs.
 

What You’ll Work On

• Stabilize the MVP and prepare it for production
• Lead the transition from a monolithic Next.js app to a split Next.js frontend and Node.js or Nest.js backend
• Migrate infrastructure to AWS and set up reliable, scalable services
• Build new features and user flows for upcoming user groups
• Improve performance for traffic growth, audio workloads, and larger data volumes

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for gathering, transforming, and storing large volumes of text data and related information. Ensure pipelines are efficient and can handle data from diverse sources (e.g., web crawls, public datasets, internal databases) while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications and experience needed

• Education & Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, building data-intensive pipelines or platforms. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience supporting machine learning or analytics teams with data pipelines is a strong advantage.
• NLP Domain Experience: Prior experience handling linguistic data or supporting NLP projects (e.g., text normalization, handling different encodings, tokenization strategies). Knowledge of Ukrainian text sources and data sets, or experience with multilingual data processing, can be an advantage given our project’s focus. Understanding of FineWeb2 or a similar processing pipeline approach.
• Data Pipeline Expertise: Hands-on experience designing ETL/ELT processes, including extracting data from various sources, using transformation tools, and loading into storage systems. Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like Apache Airflow for scheduling workflows. Familiarity with building pipelines for unstructured data (text, logs) as well as structured data.
• Programming & Scripting: Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and pipeline development. Experience with NLP packages (spaCy, NLTK, langdetect, fasttext, etc.). Experience with SQL for querying and transforming data in relational databases. Knowledge of Bash or other scripting for automation tasks. Writing clean, maintainable code and using version control (Git) for collaborative development.
• Databases & Storage: Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), including schema design and query optimization. Familiarity with NoSQL or document stores (e.g., MongoDB) and big data technologies (HDFS, Hive, Spark) for large-scale data is a plus. We are looking for an attentive and systematic specialist who will maintain the stable operation of accounts and products on all platforms.

🚀 Role objective
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of product data on marketplaces and at the distributor: cards, prices, balances, and promotions must be in order, and standard work situations must be resolved promptly.
Also take responsibility for increasing listing conversion and driving sales growth. Around 80 % of the work is focused on Amazon US, with successful solutions later applied to the Shopify website and other marketplaces.

Requirements 
✅1.5–2 years of experience working with Amazon Private Label (full listing management and optimization).
✍️Experience managing 30 to 50 SKUs.
🛠️Strong experience with Helium 10, DataDive, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
📊Ability to design and run A/B tests and clearly interpret results.
🤖Skilled in using AI tools for research and idea generation.
💬Experience with Slack and Google Sheets/Docs to maintain structured change logs and give precise tasks to content/video designers.
🔎Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good English (B1+).

🛒Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) — monitor key metrics, BuyBox, listings, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions;

About the role: In this role, you will strengthen our product analytics by bringing senior-level expertise in statistical analysis, retention analytics, and experimentation. From your first weeks, you’ll dive into our product, data pipelines, and key metrics, delivering deep insights into retention and monetization, and independently running A/B tests to shape decisions at scale. In this role, you will

• Drive deep-dive analyses of user behaviour, retention, and monetization
• Independently design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments
• Build, maintain, and improve analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems to ensure clarity and efficiency across the team
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define success metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and shape the product strategy
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and elevate the team’s analytical capabilities by proposing smart improvements

It’s all about you

• 4+ years of experience in product or marketing analytics and working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams
• Advanced SQL skills and a solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, causal inference, regression, and retention/survival analysis
• Proven track record in product analytics, ideally in transactional or subscription-based business models, with experience in designing and evaluating A/B tests
• Ownership mindset, strong communication skills and structural thinking that will allow you to  translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with GBQ, Python and R for analytics
• Familiarity with cohort analysis, LTV modelling, and churn prediction
