Code Audit & Optimization (80% Python)
- Analyze and refactor existing Python code in ETL and backend services.
- Identify performance bottlenecks in data processing.
- Propose architectural and performance improvements.
Performance Engineering
- Work with large datasets (millions of records).
- Optimize PostgreSQL queries: indexing, partitioning, caching.
- Improve backend response times and BI dashboard performance.
AI Model Integration
- Integrate Mistral, OpenAI, Gemini and other AI models into data/ML pipelines.
- Prepare and normalize data for inference.
- Build stable internal APIs or microservices for ML tasks.
Technical Excellence
- Refactor modules into a scalable, maintainable architecture.
- Write high-quality documentation and participate in code reviews.
- Support technical roadmap execution and reduce technical debt.

- Maintain and partially redesign ETL pipelines.
