Yanarchy is a Los Angeles–based talent management agency working with media creators and digital talents as scalable businesses.

We combine content systems, creator operations, and audience growth to build sustainable creator businesses and scalable media workflows.

Our content production model is built around speed, adaptability, and platform-native execution across social and creator ecosystems.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor / Content Creator to support high-volume short-form and AI-assisted content production.

This is a hybrid creative + execution role designed for someone who enjoys working across different content tasks and is comfortable balancing both editing and process-driven production work.

The role goes beyond traditional video editing.

Alongside editing Reels and short-form videos, you will also work with AI-generated visuals, basic sound design, and AI-content assembly workflows.

This is not a highly cinematic or perfection-focused editing position.

We are looking for someone practical, fast, adaptable, and comfortable working inside structured production systems with a mix of creative and operational tasks.

What You Will Do

Short-Form Video Editing

Edit short-form content for:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts

using archive footage, materials, BTS content, and creator assets.

Content Repurposing

Transform existing footage into platform-native short-form content while maintaining creator identity and audience relevance.

Work with partner-provided AI-generated clips and assemble them into publish-ready short-form videos.

Typical tasks include:

• applying music and simple editing logic.

AI Video Sound Design

Add sound effects and basic audio layers to AI-generated videos that arrive without sound.

This includes:

• ambient sounds
• reactions
• environmental audio
• simple music placement

The goal is not advanced cinematic sound design, but creating publish-ready content.

AI Image Creation

Generate static AI visuals based on internal requests and content needs.

No advanced prior experience is required — training and workflows will be provided.

Template-Based Editing

Work within predefined editing structures, references, and production workflows to maintain speed and consistency.

File & Asset Management

Organize project files, exports, and production assets in a structured and reliable way.

Candidate Expectations

• Ability to edit quickly and maintain stable output quality
• Comfortable working with both creative and repetitive workflows
• Ability to follow briefs, references, and feedback
• Strong organizational skills and deadline discipline
• English level B1+ for understanding briefs and communication
• Positive attitude toward learning new production workflows and AI-related tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience editing creator or social media content
• Experience with subtitles and hook-driven editing
• Basic understanding of AI content workflows
• Familiarity with platform trends and short-form storytelling

• Experience working with large volumes of content

What We Offer

• Fully remote work
• Clear workflows and structured briefs
• Exposure to creator economy and AI-assisted content systems
• Opportunity to grow across content production and creative operations
• Fast-moving team with varied and dynamic work
• Paid vacation, sick leave, and personal days off

Video Maker for part-time

About the company

We’re the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we’re accelerating.

Role overview

We’re looking for a Video Maker who can create fast, engaging short-form videos that hold attention and clearly deliver the message. • Build videos around the message and story, not just around music, effects, or nice-looking visuals
• Source and select relevant materials independently, including B-roll, stock footage, references, memes, and AI-generated visuals
• Add captions, subtitles, zooms, transitions, highlights, and basic motion graphics where they improve clarity and engagement
• Create strong first 3-5 seconds for videos so the audience understands why they should keep watching
• Work closely with SMM, marketing, and business stakeholders to turn briefs, ideas, and feedback into final videos
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and deliver polished edits with a fast turnaround

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 3+ years of experience as a video editor, video maker, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of short-form content
• Strong understanding of dynamic editing, including pacing, hooks, rhythm, visual logic, and audience retention
• Experience creating content for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, paid ads, or other social-first formats
• Ability to choose visuals based on meaning, context, and message - not only aesthetics
• Confidence working independently, sourcing materials, solving creative problems, and improving edits without waiting for step-by-step instructions
• Experience with captions, subtitles, basic motion graphics, zooms, transitions, and visual highlights
• Advanced English for understanding briefs, working with feedback, communicating with the team, and creating content for an English-speaking audience

➕ Bonus if you have:

• Experience using AI tools to generate, improve, or source visual materials
• Experience with HeyGen or similar AI video tools
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills
• Experience working with startup marketing teams or fast-moving social media teams
• Experience creating videos for lead generation, sales, or performance marketing

🎁 Why You’ll Love It Here:

• You’ll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision
• Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users
• High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain
• Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication
• A smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff

About the product

We’re building Rendi, a mobile app for language learning. The core idea is that the lessons are connected into a single story with recurring characters: the main character, a little star named Rendi, finds herself in a world of differently shaped figures, where she has to learn their language and understand how they live. The learning experience is structured like a text-based visual novel: every grammar or vocabulary topic emerges from Rendi’s interactions with the characters. The lessons combine explanations, exercises, and practice, including AI-powered activities.

The content we create

We’re launching the project’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). The founder will be the face of the content. We’ll create videos about the product (story developments, interactions between characters, lesson snippets), behind-the-scenes startup life (how the story was developed, how characters and illustrations are created, why certain decisions are made, office life), as well as videos by UGC creators in different formats (direct product ads, everyday-life sketches, personal stories, etc.)

What you’ll do

• Edit vertical videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) based on a ready-made brief or in a free-form style
• Add English subtitles
• Add graphics and animations where they enhance the delivery: titles, stickers, highlights
• Work with audio: cleanup, music, and emphasis at key moments
• Make changes based on feedback, usually one or two rounds
• The initial target is 2-3 videos per week, with materials shared via Google Drive

We’ll work well together if you

• Have a strong understanding of vertical video and know what kind of videos “take off”
• Have a feel for the pace of short-form video and understand its structure (hook, retention, CTA)
• Can both work from a brief and suggest your own approach when you see how to make something stronger
• Understand spoken English well enough to edit English-language speech confidently

Terms

• Remote, project-based work, paid per video
• Work directly with the founder
• Payment by agreement

How to apply

Send a short introduction about yourself + 3-5 vertical videos you edited, explaining exactly what you did for each one.

Створюй відеокреативи, які не просто виглядають круто, а працюють на результат 🚀

Median Group —

• створювати та адаптувати статичні рекламні креативи;
• працювати з текстом, композицією, кольором та типографікою;
• підбирати та комбінувати візуальні елементи;
• самостійно підготувати простий креатив або адаптацію без залучення дизайнера;
• розуміти, як графічні елементи працюють у рекламному креативі.

• пропонувати власні ідеї та формати;
• тестувати різні hook'и, сценарії, візуальні рішення та подачу;
• аналізувати, які креативи працюють краще, і шукати способи їх покращити;
• слідкувати за актуальними форматами та трендами у відеоконтенті.

• Отримувати та уточнювати ТЗ.
• Брати участь у креативних мітах.
• Працювати в парі з Graphic Designer.
