Video Editor

Visual Crew Pro is looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis.

We provide professional visual editing services to businesses and are looking for an editor who can take projects as they become available and consistently deliver polished, engaging, and professional video content.

Responsibilities

• Professional video editing and post-production
• Editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media
• Editing promotional and business videos
• Cutting and organizing raw footage
• Color correction and color grading
• Audio cleanup, synchronization, and enhancement
• Adding music, sound effects, transitions, titles, and subtitles
• Creating engaging hooks and maintaining strong video pacing
• Basic motion graphics and visual effects
• Removing unwanted elements when possible
• Following client references and brand guidelines
• Creating different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms
• Making revisions based on client feedback
• Delivering projects within agreed deadlines

Requirements

• Strong experience with professional video editing
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional software
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and color
• Experience editing modern social media content
• Ability to turn raw footage into polished, professional content
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow references and reproduce a requested editing style
• Reliable communication
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Experience with Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered video editing tools is a strong plus.

Compensation

Payment can be arranged per project or hourly, depending on the type, length, and complexity of the video.
