Who We Are: We operate two growing e-commerce brands: Naturala (naturala.lt) and FormaState (formastate.com). Right now, we are looking for a dedicated, long-term video editor to join us specifically to scale FormaState, our wellness brand selling back pain and mobility products into the UK market.
 

You will be working directly with the brand founder. No agency layers, no account managers, no corporate red tape.

• The Pay: $700 to $1,000 starting monthly base, depending on your experience and output speed.
• The Upside: We pay bonuses when your ads actually perform and generate revenue.

THE WORK: We expect a fast, efficient daily output—typically ranging from 100 to 150+ video exports per month (a mix of fresh concepts and rapid iterations).

The style is native, raw, phone-filmed UGC. Absolutely zero glossy stock footage.
 

Scripts are provided by us, but you need strong motion graphics, explainer skills, and an understanding of pacing for paid social to turn them around quickly.
 

Setup: ФОП contract with our US company, paid monthly against your invoice.
 

Process: portfolio → paid test edit → contract.
