    ABOUT THE POSITION

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced AI Developer to join our team. 

    The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and deploying AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and Azure Logic Apps. 

    In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven applications that optimize business processes and drive innovation.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and Deploy AI Solutions: Build and deploy AI models and applications using Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI services.
    • Integrate AI into Business Workflows: Create and manage automated workflows by integrating AI capabilities into business processes using Azure Logic Apps.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with software engineers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions aligned with organizational needs.
    • Optimize AI Models: Fine-tune and optimize AI models for enhanced performance, accuracy, and reliability.
    • Maintain AI Systems: Monitor AI systems to ensure high availability and scalability, troubleshoot issues and implement updates as necessary.
    • Stay Current with AI Advancements: Keep up with emerging trends in AI technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

    • Experience: Proven experience building Agentic applications in production: RAG, tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, guardrails, and deterministic enforcement for business rules.
