Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Treasurer (e-wallets/crypto) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of payment requests through electronic means of payment (e- wallets, client-bank);
- Making payments using various payment methods;
- Planning and reconciliation of card payments;
- Monitoring and analysis of balances and transactions;
- Daily reporting on turnover and balances;
- Additional control over the correct classification of payments in accounting software;
- Interaction with company departments and external partners regarding payments;
- Keeping records of direct-debits for services used by the company, monitoring the relevance of information in the registries of direct debits.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, treasury;
- Understanding of crypto, experience in execution crypto payments using various platforms and wallets;
- Good numerical, communication, and organizational skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with 1C is a plus;
- Proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian and English is required.

As a Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira and Confluence instances. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal utilization of these platforms to support our teams in project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Administration:
• Administer Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions configuration, and customization of workflows, issue types, and fields. Jira (server and cloud), сonfluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.
2. Configuration and Customization:
• Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces to meet the specific requirements of our teams and projects.
• Customize Jira workflows, screens, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
3. Integration and Automation:
• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems used within the organization to facilitate seamless data flow and collaboration.
• Implement automation rules and workflows using Jira and Confluence plugins to optimize task management and documentation processes.
4. User Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to users on Jira and Confluence functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues related to Jira and Confluence usage.
5. Corporate IT Services:
• Administer other corporate IT services such as Gitlab, LDAP, GCP.
• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of these services with other business applications and systems.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar position for 2 years.
• Experience with Atlassian stack:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Bitbucket
- Crowd
• Understanding of the functioning of Linux systems.

— Conducting 1 on 1 and performance review meetings with the team members
— Work closely with a business analyst on Software Requirements
