PPC Digital Marketing Specialist (offline)

We are seeking a highly motivated PPC Specialist to join our team. As a leading online gaming platform, we specialise in virtual goods and services for role-playing games, catering to a niche and rapidly growing market. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and maximise conversions.


Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, Bing PPC platforms
- Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for reporting and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in A/B testing and landing page optimisation
- Experience with SEMrush, SpyFu, or other online marketing tools
- Passion for online gaming and familiarity with role-playing games is a plus.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement PPC strategies:
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta and Bing advertisement. Identify target audience segments and select appropriate keywords to optimise conversion rates while achieving cost per acquisition goals.
- Conduct keyword research: Perform in-depth analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volume and low competition. Continuously monitor and optimise keyword performance to maximise ROI.
- Ad copy creation: Write compelling, clear, and concise ad copy following best practices to increase click-through rates. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad variations.
- Landing page optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop landing pages that align with PPC campaigns, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates. Implement necessary improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Track and analyze campaign performance: Monitor key metrics including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition. - Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement and identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments in PPC advertising, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends. Apply knowledge to enhance campaign strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Campaign budget management: Monitor and optimise campaign budgets on a daily basis to ensure maximum return on investment. Implement strategies to control spending and achieve desired targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies. Provide input on website optimization to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.
