Business Analyst (offline)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our business stakeholders and development teams. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around task preparation, acting as a bridge between the business and developers, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of project requirements and processes.

What we want in return:

● Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
● Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, is preferred.
● Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, Miro or similar platforms.
● English level - Upper Intermediate and higher.

● Translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
● Prioritize tasks based on business value and urgency.
● Work with project managers and development teams to ensure timely delivery.
● Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and developers.
● Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
● Clarify requirements and resolve conflicts to align business goals with technical solutions.
● Advocate for both business and technical perspectives.
● Develop and maintain documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
● Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.
● Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback.
● Support knowledge sharing by maintaining a central repository of project documentation.
