Role Overview:

We are looking for more than just a task manager. The ideal Project Manager for this role brings a professional presence, strong relationship-building skills, and cultural fluency working with Western clients. You will be the face of our agency for many clients—trusted, respected, and able to communicate with clarity and confidence. Your ability to lead conversations, earn trust, and create a positive working dynamic is as important as your organizational skills. Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining professional relationships

* Facilitate clear, effective communication between clients and internal teams

* Proactively identify and resolve potential misunderstandings or communication gaps

* Break down project scopes into actionable tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery

* Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, managing expectations with transparency

* Encourage a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with international and Western clients or teams

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident, presentable, and comfortable leading video meetings and calls

* Strong understanding of Western business culture and professional etiquette

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Fluent English (spoken and written)

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
