Key Responsibilities
 

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Email Marketing Campaigns, etc.).
• Manage and analyze performance data to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
• Develop A/B tests and conversion optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools is a big plus).
• Solid understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Proactive mindset, creativity, and attention to detail.

AI Publishing & Amazon Assistant for Book Creation and Marketing

Description
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy assistant to help with all stages of creating and launching a book using AI tools. You’ll help with everything from developing book content and formatting to publishing, marketing, and managing eCommerce listings on Amazon.

Responsibilities
• Assist in generating and editing book content using AI tools
• Format manuscripts for Kindle and print versions
• Help with book cover design coordination
• Set up and manage Amazon KDP listings
• Support in marketing activities such as keyword research, ad setup, and social media promotion
• Create and manage related eCommerce products tied to the book launch

Requirements
• Good English writing and communication skills
• Experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar AI tools
• Basic eCommerce management
• Basic design or Canva skills are a plus
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently

Nice to Have
• Experience in book publishing or self-publishing
• Understanding of SEO or digital marketing
• Knowledge of product listing optimization
