Responsibilities
 

• Lead front-line support. You’ll jump into chat, email, and live calls to gain insights from customer issues, convert blockers into quick wins, and keep our CSAT soaring.
• Craft self-serve knowledge. You’ll write and continuously refine knowledge-base articles and in-app tips that let users solve problems without waiting for help.
• Design magnetic education. You’ll script punchy tutorial videos, host onboarding webinars, and build step-by-step guides that turn curious sign-ups into confident power users.
• Turn data into roadmap wins. You’ll mine support trends and product analytics, package insights as clear user stories, and partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ship features that solve real pain points.
• Champion the customer voice. You’ll represent user needs in sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring every release delivers measurable value.
• Own product growth & scale. As you ramp up, you’ll progressively assume full ownership of our live features—tracking usage, crushing regressions, and running experiments that lift activation, engagement, and ARR.

Must-Have Requirements
 

• Advanced/fluent English (C1, C1+) – you communicate effortlessly in writing and speech, with near-native vocabulary and confidence.
• Proven Scrum experience – hands-on participation in cross-functional teams and standard ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Natural educator – you enjoy turning complex ideas into crisp docs, tutorials, or webinars that help users succeed.
• Product management training – completed recognised courses, certificates, or bootcamps.
• Technical foundation – degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.

• Scaled-Agile exposure (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.).
• Professional/technical blog or knowledge-sharing portfolio that showcases your writing voice and expertise.

1. Online Interview #1 (55 mins): A real-world problem-solving workshop with a Head of Product to assess your communication and collaboration skills.
2. Small Home Task: Write a concise article that showcases a compelling use case for an app in our portfolio. We’re looking for clarity, storytelling flair, and an eye for customer value.
3. Online Interview #2 (55 mins): Discuss feedback about the test task and your development plans as a product manager to determine alignment with company goals.

We're about to kick off several exciting, long-term projects in the dynamic fields of AI and fintech.

Required skills:

— at least 4 years of commercial experience in an IT company is a must;

— a good basic knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques;

— Experience in creating/supporting test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports);

— Understanding of SDLC and STLC;

— Experience in web application testing;

— Understanding the principles of adaptive and cross-browser layout testing;

— Understanding of client-server architecture of applications;

— HTML/CSS/JSON/XML;

— Experience in REST API testing;

— English — strong Intermediate or higher;

Would be a plus:

— Experience with Postman, Devtools;

— Experience in mobile testing;

— High level of responsibility and autonomy;
