We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Ajax Systems.

This high-impact, cross-functional role is well-suited to a curious and driven marketer who thrives in complexity, values autonomy, and understands how to collaborate effectively across teams.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have solid knowledge of Ajax’s hardware and software by working closely with R&D teams. At the same time, you’ll stay plugged into market needs by engaging with regional marketers, business development managers, and our partners. Your mission: craft strong product positioning and messaging, shape marketing approach, and develop content and tools that fuel awareness and boost sales worldwide.

You’ll be part of a small yet powerful product marketing team, where every member brings unique expertise and shared knowledge that ensures a bigger impact. While each PMM has a specific product direction and broad decision-making authority, success here depends on teamwork, clear communication, mutual support, thinking clearly in any situation, and practical problem-solving.

    Why Ajax Systems?

We’re not just building a brand but reshaping a conservative industry. Since launching in 2011, Ajax Systems has grown from a bold startup into Europe’s largest developer of professional security systems. With over 2 million users in 130+ countries, our ecosystem of security, fire detection, video surveillance, and smart automation devices protects homes, businesses, and public institutions while making lives more convenient.

If you’re excited by challenges, inspired by tech, and motivated by meaningful results, you'll feel right at home here.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

    • Market research and competitor analysis.
    • Positioning and key messaging for products.
    • Creating internal product documentation β€” to present the product to marketing, tech support, and the sales force.
    • Creating TORs for marketing content: articles, website pages, advertising, technical videos, and, in some cases, even product web tools: configurators, calculators.
    • Participating in the development of go-to-market strategies.
    • Developing B2B product presentations.
    • Participating in the development of product promotion campaigns.
    • Coordinating product releases and global and local market launches.
    • Post-launch product support.
    • Analysing product launch and sales results and finding ways to improve outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Ability to comprehend and explain complicated technologies.
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adapt to change.

    We offer:

    • Awesome team of like-minded people.
    • Clear and well-arranged task management system.
    • Freedom to choose an approach to your tasks.
    • Zero-bullshit culture.
    • Corporate MacBook and Ajax security system for your home.

    AI Adoption Lead β€” 3-Month Part-Time Contract

    Remote Β· ~20 hrs/week Β· β‰₯ 4 hr overlap with UK time

ELVTR is an online education platform specializing in live courses led by top executives from globally renowned companies.

    Why This Role Exists

ELVTR wants every teamβ€”marketing, sales, production, student success, financeβ€”to wield generative-AI like a power tool, not a party trick. But now we need a short-burst specialist who can land the fundamentals in one quarter. Your mission: in 90 days, embed AI fluency so deeply that β€œHow can we AI-this?” becomes reflexiveβ€”then hand off a playbook the team can keep running with.

This Job Is For You If You Are

    • A hands-on AI tinkerer bending ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Midjourney, etc. to your will.
    • A process hacker who can map clunky workflows Monday, ship cleaner AI-driven ones by Friday.
    • A teacher/evangelist who turns nerd-speak into plain English, bite-size videos, and jaw-dropping demos.
    • A data-literate storyteller (SQL / Python basics) who proves value with graphs, not adjectives.
    • A security realist who spots the line between β€œcool prompt” and β€œcompliance incident” from miles away.
    • Someone who prototypes in hours (not weeks), communicates in short sentences, and memes through mayhem.

    Requirements

    • Immediate availability for roughly 15-20 hours per week during a 3-month contract.
    • 2+ years in ops, product, L&D, or tech-consulting roles where you shipped change, not slide decks.
    • Deep, hands-on experience with multiple LLMs, image/audio generators, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
    • Proven history of mapping, redesigning, and automating cross-functional workflows.
    • Comfort with SQL / Python /Vibe coding for quick-and-dirty analytics and dashboarding.
    • Familiarity with data-privacy / governance frameworks (GDPR, SOC-2, ISO 27001).
    • Public-speaking or workshop-facilitation chopsβ€”extra kudos if you’ve done it in ed-tech.

    Responsibilities

    • Training & Evangelism – Build a bite-sized β€œELVTR AI Academy” (videos, live labs, cheat-sheets); run weekly office hours; host one knockout demo day per month.
    • Workflow Engineering – For each department, identify the five biggest time-sinks and ship AI-augmented SOPs that slash β‰₯ 25 % off time-to-done.
    • Tool Vetting & Governance – Maintain our β€œApproved AI Stack,” balance wow-factor with security and cost, run rapid pilots, kill bad bets fast.
    • Knowledge Management – Launch a searchable library of prompts, templates, and case studiesβ€”refresh it weekly.
    • Metrics & Storytelling – Own a lightweight exec dashboard (hours saved, quality lifted, dollars earned) and translate dry numbers into punchy narratives.
    • Cultural Change – Work with the CEO to nurture an β€œAI-first” mindset, build a guild of department AI champions, celebrate wins, crush FUD, and keep experimentation fun.

    90-Day Outcomes

    1. Baseline skills audit completed and shared.
    2. AI Academy v1 live with β‰₯ 70 % staff completion.
    3. At least two AI-powered workflows per department deployed and documented.
    4. KPI dashboard delivering insights every four weeks.
    5. Transition plan and playbook handed to internal champions for long-term ownership.

    Why You Should Join ELVTR

    • High-impact sprint – Your work will reshape how 100+ people workβ€”fast.
    • Zero bureaucracy – Direct line to the CEO; decisions in Slack, not in committees.
    • Remote freedom – Work from anywhere, as long as you overlap at least four UK hours.
    • A mission that matters: closing the gap between formal education and the real world for thousands of learners.

    Application Process

    1. Show us a one-pager detailing an AI-powered workflow you automatedβ€”include before/after metrics.
    2. Intro call with our recruiter.
    3. Interview with the CEO.
    4. Interview with the expert.
    5. Offer.

Ready to super-charge ELVTR’s team with AI in just three months? Hit β€œApply” and let’s build the future of learningβ€”faster.
